About the opportunity
As the Training & Reporting Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in our Corporate Health & Safety team, supporting more than 400 employees. You’ll manage end‑to‑end training, deliver meaningful reporting, and ensure our systems run efficiently, supporting compliance, data integrity, and a proactive safety culture while providing a high standard of customer service to our people.
Your key deliverables focus on coordinating site‑wide training, producing clear health and safety reporting, and providing essential administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a full-time role based at our Whirinaki site.

About you
We are looking for a motivated and detail driven professional who can support our training frameworks, deliver accurate reporting, and contribute to a high performing team.
You will bring:
3+ years’ experience in Health & Safety and/or training administration
Experience supporting training frameworks (desired)
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused approach
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Sound judgement with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
Strong systems capability and solid technical aptitude
