IT Technical Support Specialist

About the opportunity
In your role as IT Technical Support, you are a part of the Information Technology Team who as a team supports the entire organisation which has over 400 users. In your role you will carry out your duties in a timely and professional manner working within policies procedures and guidelines.
Your duties will enhance users IT experience within the business and a key responsibility of your role will be providing Level 2-3 application and network support for complex problems escalated to you from others within the team. You will assist and mentor others providing Level 1 support where required. Daily tasks in your role are not limited to but could have you involved in the following:
- Microsoft Teams, 365, Intune administration
- PowerShell scripting
- Active Directory maintenance
- Assisting users with sign on issues
- Configuring printer queue
- Manage tickets assigned to you for work required
- Configuring and supporting cellular phones
This role is full-time role, Monday – Friday and includes involvement in an “on call” roster, usually 1 week per month, to provide after-hours support due Pan Pac being a 24/7 business.

About you
If you are looking to take on an exciting role to build upon your IT skills, and have the following skills, then we would love to hear from you.
You have:
- 3-4 years’ experience in an IT role/industry
- tertiary qualification in Information Technology or other relevant qualification
- strong customer service skills
- the ability to work logically and methodically
- good attention to detail
- proven ability to achieve outcomes and work within deadlines
- the ability to be flexible and adaptable
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- time management & prioritisation skills
- experience with administration and maintenance of Microsoft applications
